“ Enter Shuhei was the rear parking lot. The dining room is beautiful in red. Our server wore a kimono. The menu is extensive with Japanese dishes, sushi, sashimi, bento boxes and more. With many of the entrees you choose your protein. We were a lunch group of twelve. We were given our own receipts. Tips for the large party were added. Recommend. ”
“ In the area and love sashimi? This is the place! I'm a lover of sashimi and the quality is great and for the price point. I got 18 pieces of sashimi for $35!! That's un heard of. I got all salmon and yellow tail you could also get tuna. It comes with miso soup, salad and steamed rice. It so filling. I opted for fried rice instead of steamed rice and asked for eel and a glass of white wine! All for under $60! The service is on point but it's usually busy so might want to make a reservation. ”
“ Shuhei is an authentic Japanese restaurant. The service was good. We were seated quickly and attended to quickly as well. They have a variety of Japanese dishes such as sushi and and noodles. The noodles were okay. I think you should definitely come here if you want good sushi. ”
“ My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Shuhei. The ambiance was tranquil, providing the perfect setting for a relaxing meal. The service was top-notch, and we were impressed by the freshness of the food. My only critique would be that the fried rice was bland. I would've appreciated some additional flavor. Overall, it was a good experience and I look forward to returning. ”
“ Another great experience. Service is friendly, patient, and quality. Food is fresh with great flavor. Place is clean and spacious. ”
“ This has been a family favorite since I was a kid and I'm glad that I can still enjoy it when I visit family. The parking lot can be hard to spot and the restaurant isn't visible from the street, you have to drive in and then the entrance to the restaurant is on the other side with the parking lot (it makes more sense when you see it in person). Keep your eyes out if you're stopping by for the first time. The sushi is delicious and over the years I can't tell you how many times we've enjoyed take out and dine in here. It does have an older feel, but is a great spot for a celebratory meal, date or time with family. On my last visit I came with my aunt, grandma and some friends and we all shared a variety of menu items. ”
“ This is a little place that I found after I failed to find a good sushi place last night. I'm visiting from California and I had a taste for sushi. This is a nice little restaurant. It is owned by a very pleasant gentleman. The sushi looked wonderful, and the food smells delicious. I decided to do some thing that I don't usually do which is to order, the biggest pre-selected sushi/sashimi that they have. I couldn't wait to see what the chef prepared for me because they got to choose the items. I can't say how disappointed I was at how much tuna was on here , not a favorite, and the poor selection. I'm really disappointed with the small rolls and mother really special. Honestly nothing on here is what I would've ordered with the exception of the salmon and yellow tail. Well, the selection is good in general at this restaurant, and the quality is good. I would recommend ordering what you want and not letting the chef choose for you. I'm giving four stars because the restaurant is nice, the people were very nice and the quality was very good. I would eat here again, but this time I would be very specific as to what I was ordering and would order what I want. ”
“ I stumbled across this place by accident at the tail end of a work day and I was hungry. My friends, I went hard and grabbed the Deluxe Sushi and Sashimi Combo. I'm a nigiri/sashimi person so this was perfect and quite massive. You'd hope for nothing less if it costs $47.00. It came with a salad with ginger dressing and miso - both of which were typical and tasty. The sashimi was lovely and a good thickness, as was the nigiri. Overall, no regrets. Their menu is quite large and they seem to have a large interior. When you see the sign and pull into the parking lot - you're not crazy, the restaurant is on the other side of that building so just drive around. ”
“ Went out with another couple. We tried few different roles and couple appetizers. No complaints about the service or food, food/sushi tastes fresh (not great, not bad, but good enough) and service is very prompt. They have been around for over 30 years so they keep trucking along The only downside is by 10pm, on Saturday night, the place is completely empty/deserted. The kitchen/bar closes at 9:30pm so you can't even order, if you want to. Desert selection is non-existent, mochi ice cream is the only thing that they have. ”
